SimplySlips Returns Policy
On receipt of your order, you have 7 days to notify us should you wish to exchange or refund your item for any reason. You then have 14 days to return any item with the Returns Form enclosed with your order.
Please handle all SimplySlips products with the great care. If for any reason your order is unsuitable, you can return the garments in an unused condition with the original packaging, care label and tags intact. We must stress that slips are made to order and for hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns that are soiled, dirty, damaged, have been washed, are faulty and / or appear to have been worn.
Returns & Exchanges
Returning your purchase:
Please try on your order carefully and should you wish to return or exchange any items follow the procedure below:
1. Please complete the Returns Form that is enclosed with your order.
2. Please post the Returns Form and the items you wish to return back to SimplySlips as soon as possible and within 14 days of receiving your order.
3. Please return all goods in their original condition, unworn* and in the original packaging.
4. Please return items Recorded Delivery. We are unable to exchange, refund or replace items that are lost in the post. We are unable to refund the return postage and we do not hold any responsibility for them until they reach us.
5. We suggest that you use a tracking method of postage to safeguard your purchase as it is the customer's responsibility to ensure goods are returned safely.
Exchanging your purchase:
If you need to change your order for a different size, we will send it at no extra postage cost (UK only). For any returns thereafter, postage will be charged on both UK and overseas deliveries. Please follow the instructions detailed in 'Returning Your Purchase' and return the item in the way described above. Please fill out the Returns Form on the back of your invoice stating what you would like to exchange and if possible why it was unsuitable. Please provide as much information as possible so that we can fulfil your request accurately and quickly.
It is always advisable to send us an email notification informing us that you are returning something: firstname.lastname@example.org
A full refund will be given for orders returned new and unworn within 14 days from the date on which you received them. All returns will be credited to the original customer's credit card excluding any delivery charges. Please note refunds of international customs duties and sales taxes (if applicable) are excluded on shipments outside the EU. SimplySlips is not liable for any additional charges from your bank or Credit Card Company.
*Original Condition and unworn means there are no marks on the items. We cannot accept any returns if your order has been worn or marked or soiled in any way and the item will be returned to you should it be unsatisfactorily returned in such cases. If you have any queries please do not hesitate to contact us.
We suggest that you use a trackable method such as recorded or registered post for returns as it is your responsibility to ensure the goods arrive back to us safely. We cannot refund for goods we do not receive!
SimplySlips Slip Care Policy
Please handle your slip with clean hands to minimise stains and take extra care when washing. Hand wash in warm water using liquid soap only. It is your responsibility to care for your garment in accordance with the instructions shown on the attached care label.
If you handle your slip with care it will serve you for longer.
